DIY 手工肥皂

现在市售的清洁产品，100%都是加了很多化学物品，很多都是可以经皮肤被人体吸收的。所以，从现在开始，我要开始我的避毒生活。*握拳*

我有一个前同事，玩手工肥皂有四年多的经验。现在她的家里举凡沐浴、洗头、洗碗等清洁品都是自己DIY的。我要好好向她学习了。

两个月前参加前同事的手工肥皂工作坊。怕自己忘了过程，先把步骤记在这里。


350g Soup:
Formula from cn.soaper.asia
Ingredient:
palm oil = 150g
coconut oil = 100g
olive oil = 100g
Beewax = 5g
NaOH = 53.9g
Water = 129.3g

Process Step:

1. Measure all the require oils (palm oil, coconut, olive oil)
2. Add beewax (5g)
3. Measure NaOH, handle the alcaline with care, wear a glove during handling process
4. Measure the water
5. Add the water into the cup contains NaOH
6. Heat up the (oil + beewax) pot with double boil or small gas stove firre. Or just heat up until the beewax melted into the oil
7. Put the (oil mix) pot aside, Let the temperature gets lower
8. Check the temperature of both (water + NaOH) and (oil mix), If the temperature are at the range of  (60 - 70C) for both, it is good to mix ( water + NaOH) and (oil mix) together
9. Keep stirring for 5 minutes
10. Rest for (5-10) minutes after stirring for 5 minutes
11. Repeat step 10 for few times
12. Stir the mix until (trace) the condition where looks like (cream/caramel), can stop the stir (mix) step
13. Add the preferred essential oil, plant powder, clay or other raw material into the soap mix
14. Stir the soap mix for like (3-5 minutes) before pouring into the selected mold
15. Pour the soup mix into the mold
16. Completed the basic soap making steps
